Lobotomy Dawn
The Quest for Inner Light

You tear the ligaments free, sinking your teeth into this bitter gruel. A feast of blood and elderly flesh, this is no banquet fit for a King. But it feeds your hunger as you pass unnoticed across the sands.

Suddenly you are stricken with gut-rot pain. Your abdomen swells to unhealthy proportions, as if a giant maggot were about to break free. You tear open your jacket to see a stomach blistering with huge purple warts. You have ingested an Old One. A childhood memory flickering to the fore you realise your mistake. The corpse is tainted. It's poisons deadly to the human pallet.

You die in the most intense agony imaginable. Never one to scream your lungs fill to bursting point as you squeal like a pig desperately tearing at your belly in some stupefied way to rid the pain. It is too late.

Here ends your adventure.
